After years of devoted service, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Deborah Jann, Chair of the Innovation Chief 1.0 and a couple of.0 teams at Innovators Alliance. Whereas we’re unhappy to see her step away from her position as Chair, we’re extremely grateful for the lasting affect she’s had on our neighborhood.
Deborah’s journey with Innovators Alliance started in 2017, when she facilitated a strategic planning session for the Innovators Alliance Board of Administrators. Deb’s management and facilitation abilities have been instantly evident, and in 2018, she was invited to change into Chair of the unique Intrapreneur Chapter. Since that point, Deborah has performed a pivotal position in shaping and supporting the Intrapreneur and Innovation Chief of peer teams.
Deb’s method to management is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and a perception within the energy of peer-driven progress. She’s helped members navigate powerful challenges, rejoice daring concepts, and embrace innovation as a self-discipline. Deborah’s philosophy on innovation – specializing in steady enchancment, range of thought, and studying from failure – has left a significant impression on a lot of our members.
