Whole gross sales of the Closing Fantasy Pixel Remaster collection have surpassed 5 million items worldwide, and whole gross sales for the Closing Fantasy collection have surpassed 200 million items, Sq. Enix introduced.
Again in September 2023, Sq. Enix introduced that whole gross sales of the Closing Fantasy Pixel Remaster had surpassed three million items, that means it has since bought an extra two million items.
The Closing Fantasy Pixel Remaster consists of Closing Fantasy I, Closing Fantasy II, Closing Fantasy III, Closing Fantasy IV, Closing Fantasy V, and Closing Fantasy VI.
The collection first launched for PC through Steam, iOS, and Android with Closing Fantasy I, Closing Fantasy II, Closing Fantasy III on July 28, 2021; Closing Fantasy IV on September 8, 2021; Closing Fantasy V on November 10, 2021; and Closing Fantasy VI on February 23, 2022. All six titles launched for PlayStation 4 and Swap on April 19, 2023, adopted by Xbox Sequence on September 26, 2024.
