Sony has introduced a film adaptation of Horizon Zero Daybreak.
The collaboration between PlayStation Studios and Columbia Photos was introduced throughout Sony’s CES 2025 press convention. Columbia Photos produced the profitable 2022 Uncharted film starring Tom Holland as Nathan Drake and Mark Wahlberg as Victor Sullivan.
Horizon Zero Daybreak is Guerrilla Video games’ massively common post-apocalyptic journey starring machine hunter Aloy. No timeframe for the movie’s launch was introduced.
Talking on-stage at CES, Asad Qizilbash, head of PlayStation Productions, stated: “Columbia Photos and PlayStation Productions are on the early levels of creating a movie adaptation of the award-winning Horizon Zero Daybreak.
“Simply think about, Aloy’s beloved origin story set in a vibrant, far future world crammed with the large machines, dropped at you for the primary time on the large display screen.”
Throughout the identical press convention, Sony introduced a movie adaptation of Helldivers 2 and an anime collection adaptation of Ghost of Tsushima.
